This one took a while and there's still lots to improve on but I'm pleased to finish this real-time character I created to explore all aspects of a game character pipeline from concept to animation. Animation based on Iaido sword forms.
Modelling, sculpting, rigging and animation was done in Blender 2.8
Textures in Substance Painter and Gimp.
